A reputable multi-site law firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join one of their offices just outside of Dudley. The firm can offer home working, plenty of autonomy in the role, as well as free parking and good quality work.
Our client is seeking an Employment Solicitor who is happy to be the sole Solicitor within the department, under supervision of the Litigation Partner. You would fit into the Litigation team alongside a Partner and a Junior Lawyer plus support, but you would also have plenty of cross over with the Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury teams.
You will work on a broad range of matters to include both contentious and non-contentious. There will be a steady workflow from some large providers, therefore some Tribunal/Litigation experience will be required.
To be considered, you must have 3 – 6 years’ PQE, and be happy to work autonomously with the support of the Partner. You must be ambitious, happy to work full-time, and be a team player!
There is a free car park at the office, and hybrid working can be agreed after a three-month settlement period, with plenty of opportunities to progress.
