This well respected Legal 100 firm is recruiting for a property litigation solicitor or chartered legal executive to join their highly ranked team in Taunton.
In this role you will act for household name clients including property developers, retailers and local authorities on a range of property disputes including:
- Landlord & Tenant work (both residential and commercial)
- Building & Development disputes
- Possession actions
- Land acquisition disputes
- Purchaser claims
You will be:
- Qualified either solicitor or chartered legal executive with a minimum of 1 year pqe
- Enjoy client contact
- Team player
- Happy to conduct business development
