- Be a qualified Solicitor with 1+ years of PQE in this commercial practice area
- Have a strong academic record and gained experience in a similarly well-regarded practice
- Be commercially minded with a clear commitment to developing with this area of law

Of particular interest are those candidates with previous experience of franchising work.
