Business Recovery Solicitor

A new opportunity has arisen for a business recovery solicitor to join a welcoming Legal 500 firm based in Birmingham.
 
You will be offered flexible working, a competitive salary, and ongoing support.
 
As a business recovery solicitor, you will be:

- advising on corporate and individual insolvency
- providing legal support to directors who are at risk of liquidation
- offering restructuring options to businesses

The main office base will be in Birmingham but there will be an element of travel and you will be commuting between office locations regularly. This opportunity will suit you if you are looking to mainly work from home and are happy to attend a couple of in-person meetings with the Partner a week.
 
Ideally, you will be a solicitor with 1-4 years’ PQE and a background in insolvency. You will be commercially aware and good at developing client relationships.
