A reputable, dynamic, and family friendly law firm is seeking to appoint a residential property solicitor who can join its new Sutton Coldfield office to grow and develop its residential conveyancing offering locally.
Our client can offer the ability to work flexibly both from home and in the office, a manageable caseload of no more than 80 files at any onetime along with conveyancing secretarial support.
You will be part of a wider team, with the majority of the team being based at another office but you will be the sole fee earner initially at Sutton Coldfield and as such must be self-sufficient and be able to hit the ground running with limited supervision on all aspects of residential conveyancing matters.
