Ideal candidate skills and qualifications:
- You will need a strong understanding of probate cases and estate administration and experience in Tax, Trusts and Estates
- Solid knowledge of advising on, implementing and running complex wills, probate, lifetime trusts, deeds of variation, powers of attorneys and estate administration.
- Strong probate and estate administration experience are, in particular, key for this role
- Ideally, STEP qualified or working towards the STEP qualification
- Able to demonstrate strong financial disciplines and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams and external professionals
- To be approachable and caring
- To be efficient in the provision of our services
