Ideal candidate skills and qualifications:
- Ideally, you will be a Solicitor, CLC or CILEX qualified, although this is not essential.
- Have several years of experience in case handling and demonstrable technical experience relating to Leasehold, New Build, and other complex areas of conveyancing.
- Must be experienced in managing your own caseload
- Have excellent IT and verbal and written communication skills
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Representing clients through residential property sales & purchase conveyancing transaction
- Ownership of complex files (Lease Extensions, Newbuilds and Shared Ownership, Stair Casing etc.)
- Raising & replying to enquiries
- Corresponding with clients, agents, lenders, and providers
