Corporate Tax Solicitor/Partner

This high flying legal 100 firm are looking to expand their corporate tax team in Exeter. 
The team act for corporations, entrepreneurs, management teams, pension funds, charities, registered providers of social housing and local authorities in the full range of UK and international tax advice. 

Fantastic benefits package including starting salary from £70,000-£110,000 + healthcare, insurances and multiple bonuses throughout the year. Work up to 3 days per week from home.

In this role you will provide transactional support for UK & International corporate, banking and real estate transactions, in relation to corporation tax, income tax, capital gains tax, withholding taxes, VAT, SDLT, stamp duty and the construction industry scheme, as well as delivering tax structuring advice and stand-alone advisory work. 
 
Being based in Exeter means you still get excellent quality work, but not the harsh hours and targets associated with working in the City. In fact, this firm work to team targets rather than individual, which aids the friendly atmosphere and collaborative nature of the firm. 
  
This role will suit a corporate tax solicitor with at least 5 years PQE looking for a step up to Senior Associate or Partner level. Alternatively accountants with the CTA qualification will also be considered.
