This is great opportunity to work within the legal team of one of the largest accountancy firms in the world as a Commercial Contracts Solicitor. Our client is looking for talented and ambitious individuals with a passion for client service to join the rapidly expanding team.

The role will be to deal with Commercial Contracts within the firm, drafting, negotiating, reviewing and assessing a wide range of derivatives documents. Further tasks of the role will be to advise on Financial Services regulatory matters and supporting clients in negotiating and executing a wide range of transactions. 

Although this is an in-house role, business development will also be required and the ability to build a network of internal referrers and direct client relationships.
