A rare opportunity has come up for a Family Solicitor to join a niche family law firm that specialises in all aspects of Family law providing personalised service to Clients from the Yorkshire region, as well as nationally.
This is an opportunity for a Family Solicitor to be part of a growing team working in Wetherby within a busy, well-established practice at the firm’s Head Office. The firm promotes a supportive working environment, and this is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to develop their career.
The successful candidate will be expected to manage a busy and varied caseload while meeting high standards of client care, with the ability to delegate appropriately to other team members and assist with supervision as required.
The ideal candidate
- Able to run their caseload autonomously including undertaking their advocacy.
- Excellent organisational skills,
- Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills including written communication and legal drafting
- Able to undertake their advocacy.
Additionally, the ideal candidate must be a solicitor with 1-5 years PQE, and prior experience gained within a commercially focused family law environment. However, all levels of PQE, including NQ, will be considered.
The office is easily accessible by motorway with excellent public transport links. There is ample, free, on-site parking.
