Personal injury specialist Legal 500 firm are looking to expand their thriving housing disrepair team with the addition of two HDR solicitors. The role requires management of your own caseload of pre-and-and post-issue Housing Disrepair claims. A minimum of 12 months previous experience of running your own claims from inception to conclusion.
To be considered for this opportunity you should
- Have a demonstrable track record of handling a litigated caseload from cradle to grave
- Be capable of using the CPR to win.
- Knowledge of proclaim case management is advantageous
