Our client, a top tier firm in Leeds, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join their expanding team!

The Role 

As a Real Estate Solicitor within this excellent firm, you will have the opportunity to join the property development and investment team. 

You will work on high quality matters such as:

- Real estate acquisition 
- Development
- Funding
- Investment 
- Asset management requirements 

You will largely be working on public sector property matters, which includes:

- Regeneration schemes for city centres 
- Residential developments within garden communities 
- Advising on infrastructure such as highways and bridges
- Commercial Developments  

You will have the opportunity to manage your own exciting caseload, as well as support more experienced members of the team on more complex matters. 

You will have the opportunity to work with colleagues  on large-scale projects across a range of departments such as:

- Planning and CPO
- Construction
- Banking
- Procurements

The Candidate 

This international firm are seeking an experienced Real Estate Solicitor, ideally with 3+ years' PQE previously working within a large regional/national team in Leeds and having gained some public sector experience including development related matters. 

You will be eager to progress within the business and be open to supporting less experienced members within the team.
