An exciting and rare opportunity with a national Legal 200 law firm has become available. The firm is looking for a First Contact Legal Advisor to join their central Leeds office. You may be a law graduate with customer service experience or an existing telephone advisor/call Centre advisor. Ideal candidate skills and qualifications:
- Must have 6 months+ of experience in a customer service role, this may be a call Centre based or a customer-facing role
- Ideally, you will have the ability to deal in a calm and measured manner with callers who may be under pressure due to a lack and understanding of the remortgage process
Duties include:
- Assisting borrowers with a wide range of enquiries regarding their remortgage application
- Working with the team of Caseworkers, to support the firm in achieving our objectives
- Accurately administrating client details using our case management system as well as the use of Excel, Outlook
- Responding to online customer enquiries (Email)
