Property Litigation Solicitor

This well respected Legal 100 firm is recruiting a property litigation solicitor or chartered legal executive to join the highly ranked team for the Bristol office.  

In this role you will act for household name clients including property developers, retailers, and local authorities on a range of property disputes including:

- Landlord & Tenant work (both residential and commercial)
- Building & Development disputes 
- Possession actions
- Land acquisition disputes
- Purchaser claims 

You will be:

- Qualified either solicitor or chartered legal executive with a minimum of 1 ypqe
- Enjoy client contact
- Team player
- Happy to conduct business development
