An expanding and reputable Legal 500 Firm is seeking to appoint a private client solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE to join their reputable department.
This private client position is open to the right candidate whether they be 2 years' PQE or 10 years PQE, whether that be part-time or full time. In relation to experience, the firm may consider somebody more junior than 2 years if they are the right fit for the firm!
The role itself requires the private client solicitor to run and manage their own private client files (Wills, LPAs and Estate Administration) but you will also very much be part of a team and sometimes depending on the scale of a matter, may need to assist a senior fee earner (again depends on the person being recruited, their experience and if this were something they would want or need to do).
An ability to have dealt with or be able to deal with Estates and Wills concerning the agricultural property and business assets would be an advantage but not a necessity.
The firm is open to offering some degree of home working but again this would need to be agreed upon at the offer stage and would be dependent on departmental needs and the individual's needs.
