Due to expansion, you now have the opportunity to join one of the highest ranked Corporate teams in the South East. The team deal with exceptional clients ranging from start-ups to well-known, international PLCs.

The work is diverse, interesting and comes from a unique catchment area.

- M&A
- Joint Ventures
- Corporate Finance
- Insolvency/Corporate Recovery
 
To be considered for this Corporate Senior Associate Solicitor opportunity, you will:

- Be a qualified Solicitor with 5+years of PQE in this corporate practice area
- Have a strong academic record and gained experience in a similarly well-regarded practice
- Be commercially minded with a clear commitment to developing with this area of law
