What will you do?

- Advise on all matters relating to divorce and applications for financial remedy & pre and post-nuptial agreements
- A willingness to do some of your own advocacy will be helpful 
- Draft all necessary paperwork, negotiating settlements, including via round table meetings
- Be able to work with Counsel where appropriate 

What will you need? 

- To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive 
- At least 1-5 yrs experience within family law  
- Good client relationship building skills 
- An understanding of pension sharing, as well as business and property valuations would be useful, but not essential

- To work collaboratively with other members of the department
