Personal Injury Paralegal

Legal 500 firm based in Bolton are looking to add to their top tier recoveries team with the addition of a new file handler or paralegal.
 
The role entails pursuing subrogated recoveries on behalf of a number of insurer clients.The purpose of the role is to effectively manage a portfolio of Delegated (DA) litigated cases where a Defence has been received to ensure that damages and costs are recovered and in appropriate cases judgement is requested in a timely manner and if necessary referred to enforcement.
 
To be considered for this role you should have;
 
- Experience handling a caseload of your own recoveries files.
- Understanding of litigation process and be capable of negotiating with third parties and clients.
- Practical experience utilising a case-management system.
- Experience handling quantum negotiations.
