Insurance Litigation Solicitor

Our client is an award winning Legall500 law firm with offices across Scotland. Due to organic growth, their well-regarded Litigation team seeks to take an additional insurance litigation solicitor to join their team in Edinburgh/Glasgow.

You will be working within one of the best and most experienced Litigation teams in Scotland and have exposure to the highest quality of work. In this role you will manage your own caseload of injury defender claims as well as exposure to health and safety regulatory work and property damage claims. Your personal injury caseload will include road traffic accident, employers and public liability, fatal accidents and industrial disease. In addition to this you will be expected to appear in the Sheriff Courts and Court of Session across the country.  
 
The successful candidate will have personal injury experience, can manage a high volume caseload and a strong understanding of the sheriff court and court of session procedure. 
 
Property damage claims and health and safety regulatory work experience would be desirable but not essential.
 
You will be a self-motivated individual who has a personable and adaptable approach. The firm will offer excellent ongoing training and career progression as well as a competitive salary and benefits package.
