A Legal 500 law firm is seeking to recruit a residential conveyancing solicitor with upward of 3 years' post qualification experience to join its existing busy team. The firm is keen to consider applicants looking for flexible hours/days and will consider home working as a small part of the week.
Based in any of their offices (Telford, Shrewsbury, or Wolverhampton) you will be a residential conveyancing solicitor or legal executive with around 3 years’ experience who can hit the ground running on the broad spectrum of residential property work including sales and purchases, leasehold, remortgages, new build work and transfers of equity and should be able to demonstrate astute technical knowledge and the ability to work under pressure. You will have support of a large and experienced team, most of whom are long standing members of the firm.
This is an opportunity for somebody to slot in and take on cases from the outset. It does not require somebody to build from a standing start however somebody with a passion and desire for business development is key to the long-term success.
