Residential Conveyancer

Are you a residential property solicitor/legal executive in Stoke seeking a fresh environment that can offer a manageable caseload, the right support along with the flexibility to work from home?

Our client is a reputable firm based in Stoke. They are looking to expand their residential conveyancing team with the addition of a residential conveyancer and a paralegal which will increase their team to five fee earners. You will join as a residential conveyancer within a supportive team. You will be able to take on a caseload of matters from instruction through to completion with the support of a legal assistant/paralegal. Our client is looking for somebody to hit the ground running on a variety of matters to include freehold, leasehold sales & purchase, transfers of equity, re-mortgage and new build matters. Person fit is crucial so somebody who enjoys working as part of a tight knit team, who has excellent communication skills and enjoys providing a high class service to clients is key.
