Real Estate Litigation Solicitor

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious solicitor looking to join a highly respected Real Estate Litigation team. With two partners leading this team, you will not be short of high profile, diverse and interesting work.

You will get exposure to commercial property disputes, lease renewals, trespass, nuisance, possession claims, boundary disputes and more. Any previous experience in telecoms work would be welcome, as that is part of this team's portfolio, but it is not essential. Your clients would include those in the hospitality, retail, telecoms, technology industry, and the public sector.

Ideal candidate:

- 5-6 years PQE 
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate Litigation 
- Experience in telecoms law and new Electronic Communications Code
