This reputed and growing corporate team are searching for an additional corporate solicitor to join the team in Taunton.
This is a wide ranging position and you will advise on:
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Corporate finance transactions
- Equity and debt funding
- General corporate structuring work
You will work with a wide range of clients including public and private UK and international companies and their owners.
As associate you'll have much direct client contact from day one.
This is a regional UK law firm with a national presence and you'll work with colleagues and teams from across the country.
You will ideally have trained at another reputed regional firm, but candidates from smaller law firms are also encouraged to apply.
In this role you will work flexibly to include both office and working from home.
