This friendly and successful law firm are searching for an additional commercial solicitor or legal executive to join their busy commercial law team.
In this role you will be advising commercial clients on all their business matters to include:
- Mergers and Acquisitions
- Joint Ventures
- Management Buyouts
- Succession Planning
- Company Restructuring
- Intellectual property
- Shareholder and director rights & responsibilities
- General commercial contracts
This is a hands on role and you will ideally need at least 2 years' experience within commercial law. You will be given much client contact from day one and be encouraged to build your own client relationships.
