This vacancy is with a leading Bristol law firm that is actively recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor at senior associate level, joining its energy team due to organic growth.
Your focus will be advising developers, owner-operators, and funder clients on solar, storage, EV infrastructure, and other renewable and clean energy projects.
As the successful candidate, you will have at least 3 years' PQE in commercial property law, with some exposure on energy and infrastructure projects, including an understanding of the sector-specialist elements of an option, lease and renewable energy development.
