A reputable firm based in the heart of York is seeking an experienced Commercial property Solicitor with a specialisation in Development work for a succession opportunity.
The successful candidate will have a solid background in commercial development work and strong relationship-building skills. They will work closely with the Head of Commercial Development and will engage with landowners, national house builders, and small to medium size developers on a variety of matters.
The candidate should have experience in mentoring and developing others, along with excellent Client care skills and a background in successful Business Development and Marketing initiatives.
