The Role 
 
As a property litigation solicitor you will manage a busy and high quality caseload including

- Landlord and Tenant portfolio management including renewals, rent review, dilapidations and break notices 
- Mortgage repossessions
- Option agreements, easements and restrictive covenants 
- Assisting residential developer clients with land purchase vacancy strategies 

Business development and networking is essential to our client. Therefore, you will have opportunities and be encouraged to go out and build long lasting relationships. 
 
The Candidate 
 
To be considered for this property litigation solicitor opportunity, you will have gained property litigation experience within a regional, national or international law firm. 
 
You will ideally have gained between 2-6 years PQE and have experience of landlord and tenant matters. 
 
You will be able to work proactively, individually and as part of a team. 
 
You will be passionate about property litigation and be seeking an opportunity within a top tier legal500 firm in Leeds.
