You should be a commercial real estate solicitor with 5 or more years relevant experience post-qualification. You will manage your own portfolio of varied, high quality transactions and liaise closely with colleagues across the firm. You should have commercial acumen and be confident conducting business development.
This firm is a leading and well-known Legal 500 practice with multiple offices. The real estate team covers sectors such as technology, education, hospitality, agriculture, manufacturing, food and wholesale, charities and investment. This role would be based out of the firms Peterborough office with occasional travel as required.

- Pre-let documentation for new developments
- Estate and farm sales and purchases

Whilst not-essential, it would be advantageous to have prior experience handling agricultural land, and infrastructure matters.
