The Role:
As a Housing Litigation Lawyer, you will be advising a variety of clients, including registered Social Housing providers and private landlords. Duties will include, but not be limited to, advising on:
- Anti-social behaviour
- Unauthorised occupiers
- Rent arrears
- Possession issues
- Disrepair claims
- Nuisance claims
Key Requirements:
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in a similar role or may already be working in or for a local authority. Both qualified solicitors, lawyers, and experienced paralegals who are working towards a qualification such as CILEX or SQE will be considered for the role.
