I've a great role for an experienced conveyancing fee earner with a friendly and established firm, based at its Wellesbourne office.
The firm is a long standing and well thought of Warwickshire full service practice that offers conveyancing services across its network of offices. The team deals with issues concerning the sale, purchases and remortgages of freehold and leasehold land and properties.
This role would be well suited to a conveyancing solicitor with at least three years' qualified experience, who has a sound knowledge of all aspects of the conveyancing process. An existing caseload is available from the outset, though you will ideally be able to build good relationships with local agents and referrers to secure fresh work in the future.
The firm offers a generous salary and target orientated bonus scheme.
