Due to expansion plans within my client's dedicated private client department, an opportunity has arisen for a legal secretary to join a private client team at a top legal 500 firm based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire.

You would be responsible for providing full legal secretarial duties for the entire private client department, supporting multiple fee earners and solicitors. You’ll be an experienced legal secretary and will ideally have experience working in a reputable private client department.
Your duties will include (but not be limited to):
- Filing
- Drafting documents
- Digital dictation
- Maintaining filing systems
- Attending private client support meetings
- Making appointments for and liaising with clients
- The handling of and dealing with clients’ calls
- Liaising with fee earners
