Private Client Solicitor

Due to the organic growth of the department, my client is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its team based in Edinburgh.
 
You will be joining a progressive and forward-thinking team who are committed to staff wellbeing, striving to ensure a healthy work/life balance is achieved.
 
As the successful candidate, you will manage your own caseload, dealing with a wide spectrum of private client matters including but not limited to:

- Wills
- Administration of estates
- LPAs
- Court of protection applications
- Advising on IHT

 
You will be driven and motivated with a desire to develop both individually and help in growing and expanding the private client department. STEP qualification would be advantageous, but not a prerequisite.
