Top regional firm is looking to expand its Commercial Property Team.
This firm is seeking a Solicitor 1-3 years' PQE who has previous experience managing a case load which includes:
- Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold commercial property
- Licence matters
- Grants and taking of leases
- General landlord and tenant management work
- Corporate support work
This will be for a wide range of clients, including small and medium sized businesses, large corporate and PLCs and public sector bodies.
This is a known firm, with clients including the University of Reading and a number of NHS trusts, such as Oxfordshire PCT and Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust.
The firm is particularly experienced in advising clients with large and varied operational and investment property portfolios. Ideally you should be prepared to be involved in business development activity and share the firm's desire to provide excellent client service. In return you will be part of an exciting office environment offering a full range of legal expertise.
