Litigation Solicitor

A well-established law firm in Richmond is seeking a motivated litigation solicitor to join a dynamic team. 
 
The candidate will work closely with the current team of solicitors to develop their knowledge of various areas of law and commercial awareness.

My client is looking for a candidate with: 

- 4 years' of PQE but will consider those with less or more experience 
- Excellent knowledge of the CPR, costs budgets, and related areas of law  

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in handling contentious matters independently in the following areas:  

- Commercial
- Contracts
- Property
- Probate
- Civil 

The majority of my client's work comes from existing clients and referrals, so a personable character and dedication to client satisfaction are critical.
