Commercial Property Paralegal

An opportunity has arisen for a commercial property paralegal to join a top legal 500 firm based in Coventry.

Your duties would include but not be limited to document preparation such as sale and purchase contracts, rent deposit deeds, and licenses to assign. You would be responsible for supporting the business transaction team with regards to due diligence and relevant matters, as well as preparing bundles and assisting with report writing to clients.

You will ideally have 2+ years’ of working in a property team - preferably commercial, a desire to progress your career within commercial property, as well as having a keen eye for detail and a client focussed attitude to work.
