This senior hire will suit a qualified Solicitor (ideally 8 years' PQE and above), boasting vast, demonstrable experience within the private client sphere. As a leading light in their specialist private client team, your role will be to take on a caseload of your own clients. You will manage a myriad of high-net-worth private client matters, including:
- Wills and probate
- Trusts
- Taxes
- Estates
- Powers of attorney
- Matters involving business and agriculture
- Foreign assets issues
You will play an integral part in the development and success of the wider team and be a real team player. You'll be able to work autonomously with no supervision, however you will be fully supported by their well-stocked team. You'll also be fully supported to reach your full potential and progress within the department in the longer term.
Salary and benefits will be in line with your expertise with a guideline for salary of up to £60k.
