They now require an additional private client solicitor or legal executive to join them in one of their East Devon branches.
It is likely you will have at least 2-3 years experience as a qualified private client solicitor or legal executive and will work alongside a large and established team giving advise to a range of clients but including farmers, landowners and High Net Worth Individuals.
You will inherit a broad caseload of wills, probate, tax planning, care fees, LPAs and trusts work. Many of the HNW clients have foreign interests, and so there will be the need to advise on cross jurisdictional matters from time to time, although this experience is not essential.
Ideally you should be able to work with minimal supervision and lend a hand in mentoring and guiding the more junior members of the private client team.
