One of the leading Property Litigation teams in Reading are looking to bolster their existing offering with the addition of a Property Litigation Solicitor.
The Legal 500 firm is highly regarded by the legal directories for its work in many areas, such as Property Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Real Estate being ranked as 1st Tier.
The work is particularly good quality, focusing largely on commercial matters, with disputes arising from leases but also transactions of properties and land. The team deal with portfolio management of residential and retail units, as well as infrastructure projects at national levels.
The ideal Property Litigation Solicitor will:
- Be a shrewd candidate with exceptional analytical skills
- Have a strong academic record including a 2:1 or better, having trained/worked with another well-regarded team
- Be a qualified Solicitor with at least 4+ years' PQE, although more experienced candidates will also be considered
