One of Scotland's largest national practices is seeking a Senior Solicitor or Associate between 2 to 6 years' PQE to join its Commercial Litigation team in Aberdeen.
As part of this leading Dispute Resolution team, you will be responsible for providing legal advice to a diverse client base, covering commercial dispute litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution, with the opportunity to be involved in both Scots and English law governed disputes.
The team advises clients with commercial disputes across the Supreme Court, Court of Session (particularly in the Commercial Court) and Sheriff Court in addition to a significant track record of international arbitrations, while being repeatedly involved in landmark cases across them all.
