An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Senior Associate Solicitor to work for a growing Legal 100 law firm based in their Southampton office, where you can work towards Partnership. The role could suit an Associate/Senior Associate who wants to make Partnership but doesn't feel it will happen at your current firm.

This expanding national law firm is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (6+ years’ PQE) to join its successful and growing commercial property team. You'll be handling a broad range of HNW real estate work for a variety of clients, including landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals and development agreements. The firm has a friendly and supportive working environment and can offer long term career options with great scope for progression.

Your role as a Commercial Property Senior Associate Solicitor will involve:

•  Playing an active role in the growth of the department
•  Supervision of junior team members
•  Dealing with clients that include household names
