Our client, a tier 1 legal500 firm in Leeds has a fantastic opportunity for an employment solicitor to join it's growing team! 
 
The firm are a large international law firm with offices all across the UK and Internationally working on large international and national projects of the highest quality. 
 
This will be an exciting time for you to join the firm as the employment team have seen significant success with a high demand from clients for their support and advice. 
 
As an employment solicitor within the team you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of sectors such as

- FMCG
- Sports
- Retail
- Finance 
- Leisure
- Hospitality 
- Technology & Media 

You will manage a high quality caseload consisting of contentious and non-contentious employment matters including

- Employment Tribunal claims 
- Contracts and policies drafting 
- Disciplinary & Grievance issues 
- Absence Management 
- Redundancies & Restructures 
- TUPE

Business development is a crucial part of this opportunity as the firm pride themselves on building long lasting relationships with their clients. 
 
Our client would like to hear from employment solicitors NQ-4 years PQE with valuable employment experience in reputable firms in the UK. 
 
You will be technically solid with excellent academics and be keen to join a competitive international law firm.
