This established practice has a proven track record for success, and is looking for a 5+ years' PQE Property Litigation Solicitor to join its successful Dispute Resolution department.
You will be advising clients on a wide range of matters including:
- Landlord and Tenant disputes
- Lease renewals
- Diilapidations and breaches of Covenants
- Break Clauses
- Right to Light disputes
- Forfeiture proceedings
- Boundary and Land Law-related disputes
- Party Wall Act disputes
- Construction disputes
