Our client is looking to appoint a court of protection solicitor NQ - 2 years PQE, this is a full-time permanent position where the firm can offer extensive benefits, hybrid working and very clear and transparent career progression prospects.
You will be joining a specialist Court of Protection team, giving you the chance to be involved in this niche area of law within a close and supportive environment, enabling you to use and develop your skill set.
The role will provide exposure to high quality, complex and varied work, with regular client contact where a lot of the work comes off the back of their expertise in brain injury cases.
To be considered, court of protection experience is required even if you touch upon this as part of your current generalist role. You must demonstrate a passion and a strong desire to progress quickly and grow into the role.
