An incredibly exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a leading regional firm as a Commercial property Solicitor.
 
My client is a looking for a fairly experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its team, who work and advise Commercial and Residential developers, investors, lenders, and estate owners across a wide range of different sectors to achieve the best results. The team is regularly Legal 500 recommended. 
 
The chosen Solicitor will need at least 3 years of Commercial Property experience, however other Property experience outside of this is also beneficial. The ideal candidate will come from a similar sized regional or high street firm.
