A modern, highly regarded full-service practice in Runcorn is expanding their renowned Personal Injury unit and is looking for an ambitious Personal Injury Litigation Executive or Paralegal to join the team and be a real team player!
Working alongside highly experienced Senior Solicitors & Fee Earners you'll have responsibility for a caseload of fast and multi-track EL/PL and predominantly RTA claims from instruction right through to settlement or trial as necessary. You will ideally have over two years' experience dealing with litigated matters and have seen a claim through its full life cycle, be confident litigating autonomously and have a sound understanding of litigation processes and procedures.
