Insolvency Solicitor

Due to expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Insolvency Solicitor to join this highly regarded firm in the heart of the City. The firm are very well respected for their work in the insolvency sector.
 
You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of contentious insolvency matters, including:

- Insolvency disputes
- Acting for liquidators, directors and companies
- Antecedent transactions
- Misfeasance

You will also assist in the management and supervision of junior team members.
 
Ideally your skills and experience should include: 

- Qualified Solicitor, 5+ years pqe
- Experience of a wide range of insolvency disputes
- Supervising the work of junior colleagues including paralegals, trainees, and solicitors
- Marketing and business development 

As an insolvency solicitor, you will need to be able to demonstrate a solid technical understanding of insolvency law which should be combined with good academics.
