Corporate Solicitor

My client is a Legal 100 firm based in Central Bristol, now seeking a junior Corporate Solicitor to join its Tier 1-ranked corporate department.

They are a friendly, down to earth team with a range of experience from qualified solicitors to chartered legal executives and solicitor apprentices. Some have trained at the firm, with others wanting to make the step up in values and complexity of transaction.
 
Your experience:

- Minimum of 1 year's post qualification experience
- Good grounding in corporate law
- Ambitious and team player

 
Clients will range from entrepreneurial start-ups to international organisations. Duties will include, but not be limited to:

- Advising on a range of corporate transactions including M&A
- Venture capital
- Cross-border transactions,
- Private equity investments
- Joint ventures and restructurings
