A highly reputable and progressive national firm is now seeking a corporate finance solicitor to join their market leading team based in Edinburgh.

Our client is offering a corporate finance solicitor a fantastic opportunity to work on a broad range of high-quality matters, where you will be working with leading domestic and international companies, investment banks, fund managers and private equity houses on major transactions throughout the UK and beyond.

Contributing to the success of the Corporate Finance Team, you will ideally have gained some corporate finance experience, but as an NQ solicitor, consideration will be given to those with less direct experience in such work but should be able to demonstrate a clear aptitude and appetite to apply their skills to this challenging and dynamic area of work.
