Exciting opportunity to join a leading regional law firm as a Paralegal in their Corporate team.
This is a great opportunity to work closely with Grade A Corporate partners as well and fee earners and the wider Corporate team.
The Corporate team cover all aspects of business law. The team is one of the largest corporate teams in England which operates outside of a main city centres. The Corporate team will help with; banking and finance, shareholder agreements, employee share schemes, private equity investments, management buy in and buy outs among other Corporate needs.
The ideal candidate will have 4 years experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal and preferably in a Corporate team.
