As a Dispute Resolution Solicitor you will work on civil and commercial disputes and manage a varied caseload of issues, including:
- Asset recovery
- Neighbour disputes and privacy law matters
- Debt and insolvency proceedings
- Financial and insurance disputes
Ideally, you will have a solid litigation background with experience managing your own caseload. You will be commercially astute, have the ability to work to deadlines, and have the genuine desire to provide excellent service.
